SYMPOSIUM
This is an exclusive opportunity at a dedicated time with access to all meeting registrants. A buffet or plated meal can be provided. As the sponsor you are welcome to provide a 50-minute, educational presentation. Sponsor to select the speaker and manage the content presented. INS will provide a meal, room setup, and standard AV. The sponsor will get a complimentary email blast CRNI®s will get 2 recertification units.
PARTNER PRESENTATIONS
As the sponsor you will provide a 1-hour educational session for up to 300 attendees (150 for each session). Sessions will repeat which allows the presentation to occur for two different audiences. The sponsor will select the speaker and manage the content presented; it must be relevant to the practice of registered nursing and free of commercial bias. These presentations will occur simultaneously with other sponsored sessions on Saturday, April 26.
SIMULATION LAB
This is an opportunity for the sponsors to provide a hands-on training to potential end users of your product and effectively generate additional sales leads beyond your booth. The lab will be set up in a room on the exhibition hall floor with 8 stations to accommodate up to 80 participants. Sponsor to support AV costs.
WELCOME RECEPTION
The INS 2025 Welcome Reception will kick off the conference in the exhibition hall, providing an enjoyable opportunity for networking. As the sponsor of this event, your organization will be prominently mentioned on meeting signage, mobile app, and within all pre-meeting marketing ensuring high visibility. Additionally, you will provide the food and beverages for all attendees, creating a memorable experience. To further enhance your presence, a complimentary email blast will be sent to all conference participants, highlighting your sponsorship and contributions.
Pricing varies and as the sponsor you can decide on sponsoring drink tickets for registrants, only hors d’oeuvres, the entire food and beverage service, or simply the reception without covering food and beverages, which INS will then provide.
